HISTORY:
- In May of 2016 the original Headlease for Sonoma Pines was transferred from Carrington Road Holdings Ltd. to Sonoma Pines Homeowners Management Ltd. There were no modifications to the original Headlease and Westbank First Nation confirmed that no modification of the Headlease has been registered.
- Homeowners can find an assignment of the Headlease which reflects the transfer of the original Headlease to Sonoma Pines Homeowners Management Ltd. in the Homeowners tab which is password protected.
- Also included is the certificate which shows that Sonoma Pines Multi Family Management and Sonoma Pines Homeowners Management are now amalgamated as one company, Sonoma Pines Homeowners Management Ltd.
